Winsignia is a growth engineering firm in St. Petersburg — not a traditional marketing agency. We function as an embedded growth team for business owners who want outcomes, not deliverables.
We work across SEO, AI search optimization, website development, and content marketing: the channels that actually determine whether a business gets found, trusted, and chosen.
How We’re Different
- We embed with your business the way an internal hire would, not the way a vendor does
- We build for how people actually search now, including AI search, not just legacy Google rankings
- We’re hands-on: strategy, execution, and reporting come from the same person, not a rotating account team
Built on the Same Framework
Winsignia isn’t run on generic marketing playbooks. Every engagement starts with the same diagnostic behind the EFFORT Framework: is your growth stalled because of a Hard gap, a Smart gap, or a Consistency gap. That answer determines what we actually do first, not a one-size-fits-all package. The full framework is broken down in The EFFORT Framework: The Complete Guide to Hard, Smart, Consistent.
Winsignia is the same instinct behind every venture I’ve built, adaptability. When gyms shut down at the start of COVID, I pivoted Team All-American into AllWorldU, an online coaching and training platform, rather than let two decades of work stall out. Winsignia is that same instinct applied a few years later, to a different shift: if a brand isn’t adapting to how people actually find things now, especially through AI, it’s headed toward the same kind of extinction a business that ignored the internet was headed toward twenty years ago. Winsignia is that work, aimed at an organization’s performance instead of an athlete’s.
Winsignia is also where I think the impact goes furthest. I’ve always loved training trainers, coaching coaches, mentoring the people who lead other people, because helping one leader shows up in everyone they lead. Helping an organization grow works the same way. It’s not one athlete or one executive improving, it’s every person that organization touches.
I love helping an individual athlete chase their biggest goal. But I also see what’s coming for the businesses that don’t adapt. Most people are about to start getting most of their recommendations from AI instead of a search results page, a shift I think ends up bigger than when Google itself got big. A company AI doesn’t recommend risks becoming invisible, and an invisible business doesn’t survive that shift. Helping a company get recommended by AI isn’t just a growth tactic to me, it’s helping that business survive and keep serving the people who depend on it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Winsignia actually do?
Winsignia functions as an embedded growth team, not a vendor, working across SEO, AI search optimization, website development, and content marketing to determine whether a business gets found, trusted, and chosen.
How is Winsignia different from a typical marketing agency?
Every engagement starts with the same EFFORT diagnostic Scott uses with athletes and executives, identifying whether growth is stalled on Hard, Smart, or Consistent before any work begins, and strategy, execution, and reporting all come from the same person rather than a rotating account team.
Why does Winsignia focus on AI search specifically?
Because how people find businesses is shifting toward AI-driven recommendations rather than traditional search results, and a business that isn’t visible to AI risks becoming invisible to the people it’s trying to reach.
